INGREDIENTS
1 small tin nestle cream
½ øƒ 125gr butter
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
Flour as needed
METHOD
Make 15 balls. Then roll into saucer
size take a pot lid put a plastic on
top øƒ it add melted ghee (Clarified butter) and maizena (corn flour)
now add ϋя roti then put ghee (Clarified butter) and
maizena (corn flour) on top øƒ roti. repeat this and
make 3 stakes øƒ 5 rotis ending ghee (Clarified butter) and
maizena (corn flour). When done put in freezer for
about minutes. Now roll each one big like
rectangle then ghee (Clarified butter) and maizena (corn flour) on top
roll like a Swiss roll. Cut in to med
size or as Ʊ desire.
Can put in the freezer.
INFO & TIPS
For the filling I used steak curried
filling frm everything homemade I didn't
use potatoes. when filling it i put a
slice øƒ tomato on top øƒ the filling on
each roti n put little water around the
roti 4 it too stick other roti on as a
lid. Add little ghee on them n nw bake
on 180 till golden brown.
