INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)-oil
½ egg
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together. Add ½ cup milk and
½ cup water to form dough. Roll roti and then smear
the remainding half egg over the egg, sprinkle with
ghas ghas and fry in ghee (Clarified butter)-oil.
