myself as researcher of all recipes
2 big boiled potatoes 4 green chillis chopped 1 big onion cut in half moon1sp tumeric powder salt as u likehandfull fresh coriander chopped 2 teaspoon ginger garlic pasteroti dough as normal
fry the onions in olive oil until is light brown then add ginger garlic, chillies,and tumeric powder saute for 2 minutes then add boiled potatoes mashed mix well in low flame then sprinkle fresh coriander.dont forget salt.now make small balls of roti dough them roll until palm size the add the potatoes mixture like 1 tablespoon then make ball again flatten it with your hands and roll it slowly with little flour so it doesn't stick.heat the tawa and then cook paratha one side when is half cooked flip and apply ghee (Clarified butter) then cook other side and flip the apply ghee (Clarified butter) as well cooking until is goldish and cripy.serve with hot indian tea.

make roti dough and potatoes mixture and keep a side. when you ready to eat make hot parathas.
