1 litre milk
3eggs
2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 Cup flour
METHOD
Liquidize all ingredients
Allow mixture to stand for two hours
Fry 1 big tablespoon at a time in 3 teaspoon oil
