INGREDIENTS
4 eggs 1 cup sugar½ cup oil½ cup boiling water1 and ¼ cup flour1 teaspoon vanilla3 tablespoon cocoa3 teaspoon baking powder1 tin ideals (evaporated) milk½ cup sugar1 or 2 slabs whole nut
METHOD
Sift the dry ingredients and set aside. Beat the eggs and 1 cup sugar with an electric mixer for long (like 10 minutes) until its white in colour. Add the vanilla, oil and water and beat for 2 minutes. Then add the dry ingredients, u can fold it in or beat it on low until well combined.
Bake in a greased Pyrex or any other casserole on 180 until done. (Time varies according to size of the casserole so just check with a skewer)
Boil the ½ cup sugar and evaporated milk. Once cake has cooled poke the cake with a skewer and pour the milk mixture over. Melt the whole nut and spread over cake and serve
