1 cup Clover ghee (Clarified butter)
1 cup castor sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of chana flour
1 teaspoon fine elachie powder
flour to make a soft pliable(shape)dough
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the ghee (Clarified butter) and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift the dry ingredients.
Roll between the palms of your hands until it forms a ball.
Place onto baking sheet slightly apart.(P.S.do not flatten).
