Grated cucumber carrots yoghurt and green chutney
METHOD
Steak tarkari
Make a vagaar onions and oil till golden brown add steak thats marinated cook add tomato leave to b saucy.
Spiced rice:
Boil rice add a little arad (Turmeric) and robot peppers.steam mke a onion vagaar over rice
Stuffed butternut:
Mke a vagaar onions and oil add robot peppers a little green chutney than add cream style corn cook on low heat.cut butternut un half keep skin on.scoop out a liitle in centre add above robot mixture.......put in a pot with a cup of water and steam.till done.serve with dhai and kachoomar enjoy.from cii broadcasting tried and tested
