INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut in pieces
marinade:
2 teaspoon garlic
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon chicken spice
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
½ teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sauce:
1 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri
3 tablespoon nandos xtra hot peri peri
1 slice garlic butter
onion sliced
3 colour julliened peppers.
Slit green chillies
chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Marinate chicken and cook on high till water burns with ghee (Clarified butter)
Boil sauce ingredients, place cooked chicken in oven tray and pour sauce over.
top with onions, peppers and chillies. Grill for ± 20 minutes. garnish with dhania (coriander) before serving
