INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into 9 pieces
1 cup yoghurt
1½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground green chillies
3-4 whole green chillies (slit)
2 chopped tamatoes
2-3 tablespoon butter
METHOD
1) Wash chicken and drain off moisture.
2)Add yoghurt, salt,chilli powder and ground green chillies.
3)Place in a deep pan or pot with lid open and cook until chicken is nearly done.
4)Add chopped tamatoes and slit green chillies, cook for another 5-10 minutes
5) Lastly ass butter, serve immediately...
Can be served with roti or puri.
