1packet tennis biscuit crushed
50g of melted butter
1 can caramel treat
1 cup fresh cream
Add melted butter to crumbed biscuits and combine well now pat into tart case and bake till jus about golden or crisp.
Next beat fresh cream till peaks have formed and fold into caramel. When tart shell has cooled pour the caramel mix in chill in fridge for abt 5-10mins then add the berries to it and return to fridge until serving time.
