INGREDIENTS
½ kg mince (boiled in 3cups water and salt
Then grind mince into paste)
1-2 eggs for coating
1 onion
5 chillis
2cup chana dhall (lentils) (soak overnight)
Garlic 1 tablespoon
Ginger 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon jheera powder
1 tablespoon dania powder
3 Elachi (cardomom)
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
6 pepper corns
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon halai
Butter for frying
METHOD
Boil dhall (lentils) in one potBoil mince with spices in other potCook till water gone Then blend bothMix well thghtrPut in fridge to cool a bitThen shape into kebabs and dip into eggThen shallow fry on medium heat
