Choc Chip Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate chip cupcakes:
(12 cupcakes)
115g butter
70g castor sugar
30g brown sugar
2 eggs
215g c.flour
5ml(1tsp) baking powder
Pinch salt
125ml(½ cup)
100g choc chips
Spray paper cookie cups
Cream butter and sugar -creamy
Add eggs one at a time
Sift dry ingredients and add milk and
mix. Add half of chips and divide
mixture into cups and sprinkle rest of
the chips on top.
Bake 20- 25min
