INGREDIENTS
1 chicken or fillet 1 onion sliced¼ pound butter less if u want or 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter)2 ½ teaspoon chilli powder2 tablespoon ginger garlic masala plain one1 teaspoon whole jeera1 cup sour milk1 sachet tomato puree1 250 ml fresh cream Dried parsley
METHOD
Braise onions and jeera with butter until lite brownMarinate chicken with spices and sour milk.Add 2 onions and cook until halfway done. Then add tomato puree and cook. After 5 minutes add fresh cream and parsly and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped danya .Serve with savoury rice,roti or naan.TipYou can ad 3 tablespoon of aminas wonder spice butter chicken masala and just omit the chilie powder.
