INGREDIENTS
500g tenderized steak cut into strips
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chillis
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon crushed cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon barbeque spice
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon oil
1 onion, chopped
1 med green pepper sliced
1 med red pepper, sliced
2 tablespoon peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon ground tomato
METHOD
Combine all the ingredient except the
oil and marinate the steak
for 2-3 hours.
Heat the oil and stir fry the steak for
a few minutes.
Add water and cook until the steak
is tender
Heat oil and stir fry the onions and
green and red pepper and add
to the steak
Finally add the sauces and burn out gravy... Add more
salt or chillies if required. Serve with
either chips or bread
