INGREDIENTS
Philly Steak Sour Cream Sliders

Ingredients:Steak-500g topside steak125ml Lancewood Sour Cream2 tablespoon Butter½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon white chilli powder½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon mustard powder2 tablespoon garlic sauce2 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire Sauce2 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish:2 tablespoon butter1 large onion (cut in rings)Grated/sliced cheese125ml sour creamWoolworths handcooked sour cream and chives chipsJulienned jalapenos
Also needed:Slider buns
METHOD
Steak-Mix sour cream with all ingredients.Marinate steak and leave in fridge for 3 hours.Grill on electric griller/cook on stove till done.Saute onions till translucent.Place on steak.
Assembly-Cut buns, place on steak with onions, then cheese, then jalapenos, sour cream, chips and lastly top with bun.
Note: may use Lays chips instead
