RECIPE
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet instant yeast
1 cup water
1 cup milk
Combine dry ingredients in a dish..warm milk and water together until lukewarm..add just enough to form a soft dough...knead..allow to rise..knock down,divide dough into 5 balls..roll ball into a round on a floured surface..not too thin or too thick....cut into 8,roll into crossiants..place on greased tray...brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with parsley and poppy seeds..allow to rise well,bake in a preheated oven on 180 until brownish and done..when cool cut and fill with filling of choice..add salad and cheese just b4 serving...
