I bought from pick and pay a tray of marrows patty pans I bought ready cut chunks of butternut pumpkin coloured peppers cocktail onions fresh carrots sweetcorn and potato wedges.....this time I didn't put brocolli....
Cut and wash veges.If u cooking up brocolli as well,leave it out and add to pot later as it gets mushy too soon.Add following to rest of veges...MayonnaiseGarlic sauceMustard sauceMustard powderSaltPepperAromat (a South African Spice)Dried parsleyBrown sugarBlobs of butterCook with a little water and add brocolli towards end of cooking time. Enjoy. I modified my original recipe over the years,it didnt have garlic sauce or mustard sauce before.
