INGREDIENTS
Whole chicken or chicken fillet
2tblsp ginger/garlic
1 teaspoon jerro powder
1 teaspoon blck pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Green chilies
Red chilie
Chilie flakes
Salt
Paprika
Peri peri sauce
2tblsp mix ground nuts
Amina's tandoori spice
Mayo
2tblsp fresh cream
Dry Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
METHOD
Marinate chicken with above spice for 1 hour place in oven try with butter and olive oil foil and bake turning once until cooked
Stir fry red,green and yellow peppers in olive oil add onions stir fry boil wedge potatoes
For 10 minutes then fry them for five minutes add to stir fry and cook for 5min add salt pepper and sor sauce put on cooked chicken add fresh dhania (coriander) and cut lemon
