INGREDIENTS
2cups flour
2 teaspoon sugar
1cup milk
2eggs separated
4 teaspoon baking powder
50g margerine melted
2ml salt
half teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Sift all the dry ingrdients togeda in a bowl. Gradually add milk, egg yolks, essence and margerine. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Bake in greased waffle machine until dne. Serve with icecream and syrup.
