2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 onion grated water squeezed out1 teaspoon crushed garlic or garlic flakesChopped green chillies 4 eggs1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) (naturally tasting) ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper Handfull of grated cheese Chopped dhania (coriander) ¼ cup milk
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in frying pan. Saute onions until soft add in crushed garlic & chillies fry until light brown. Beat eggs with the rest of ingredients. Pour mixture into the pan & cook until done. Serve with freshly homemade Waffles. Spread red & green chutney on Waffles. Spoon the eggs on & top with chopped spring onions.
