INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
6 tablespoon sugar (½ cup)
4 level teaspoon baking powder
125 gr butter
1 tablespoon soomph
¾ cup chopped almonds or pecans
¼ cup sunflower seeds
Fresh cream to make dough
METHOD
sift dry ingredients. Rub butter into flour to resemble breadcrumbs. Add rest of ingredients. Make dough with fresh cream.
Spread dough on a tray.
Brush top with milk. Sprinkle with kus kus. Bake on 180 for ½ hour or till done. Remove frm oven. Slice immediately. Slice into fingers. Put back into oven on 100 for 1hr till crisp.
