INGREDIENTS
1 Kg t-bone wash and drain marinate with 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 3 tablespoon lemon juice crushed green chillies 3 teaspoon worcester sauce.
METHOD
Add little butter in pot and cook for 30 minutes on stove. Transfer in to pyrex or oven try. Dot with blobs of butter cover with foil & bake in oven on 180 until cooked. ± 45 minutes. Serve with veggies of choice.
