1 Kg t-bone wash and drain marinate with 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 3 tablespoon lemon juice crushed green chillies 3 teaspoon worcester sauce.
Add little butter in pot and cook for 30 minutes on stove. Transfer in to pyrex or oven try. Dot with blobs of butter cover with foil & bake in oven on 180 until cooked. ± 45 minutues. Serve with veggies of choice.
