INGREDIENTS
The chicken fillet :
cornflakes crumbs and self raising flour mixed
An egg and milk mixed with spices...
Garlic(fresh)
Garlic flakes
Chicken spice
Peri peri spice
Bbq spice
Zeal
Paprika
Cajun spice( inapaarman)
Or any spices tht u would like to put in your crumbed d chicken strips..
The salad:
Only lettuce cut up fine and add mayo in it leave aside
The onion mixture :
Braise onion (cut it in slices and then half again )
Then add green pepper..add little cajun spice..then when done leave aside..
U need cheese
Wraps or roti
And mix mayo tomato and mustard sauce and keep aside..
METHOD
The chicken fillet: Marinate fillet in spices and the egg and milk and u can leave in fridge to marinate as much tym as u hv then heat oil in a pan then I throw flour and crumbs in a packet with same spices above used fr chicken saves tym then fry it..wen done u can start layering..so I lay roti out in table ( make my own) then spread the sauce over ( mustard mayo and tom) then I spread little lettuce going accross..then u out few chicken strips then u add little onion mixture put some cheese ontop and I heat like 30-40 seconds in microwave and serve with chips and drinks..
