INGREDIENTS
Your fav kebaabs made & kept aside
Mutton,steak or chicken kebaabs
1 Pot O' gold tin hoops
1 med Onion chopped
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon jeera seeds
1 tomato grated
1 Green Chilli
1 teaspoon dana jeera powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon red chillie powder
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
METHOD
Braise onions in oil with jeera till pink, add the tomatoe & all the spices with curry leaves &chilli . Braise well must resemble a tomato chutny consistency. Add in your kebaabs & cook until firm. Little water can be added. Thereafter add the of hoops & simmer on low heat.Garnish with chopped spring onions and Dhunia coriander leaves enjoy with home-made fresh rotis.
