INGREDIENTS
1 cup water 1 cup flour 3 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon oil 3 eggs1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Oil for frying deep frying Cinnamon sugar for coating
METHOD
Add water oil and butter in a pot bring to boil. Add sugar and flour stir until forms a ball then add vanilla essence , let this cool Start adding eggs gradually mix each 1 in completely before adding the next. This is the sameProcess as Choux pastry
Add this to a piping bag with a open star tip nozzle . Nozzle straight into the oil , using a scissor to cut them out to whichever size you prefer .
Make sure oil is hot when you piping it out . Fry until nice and brown .
Remove from oil and sunk them intoThe cinnamon sugar.
Serve with melted chocolate
