INGREDIENTS
¾ cup Sojee (semolina flour)/Tasty Wheat
125g Butter
1 ½ Cup Milk
1 Egg
Egg Yellow Colouring(optional)
¾ Cup Sugar
Ground Elachi (cardomom)
METHOD
Braise Sojee (semolina flour) and butter on a medium heat.Whisk
milk and egg then add to braised Sojee (semolina flour)
stirring until thick add ground Elachi (cardomom) and
sugar.Lastly to reheat add ghee (Clarified butter) and top with
nestle cream AND ALMONDS.
