Cut phyllo into size of your choice
Fold like a fan
I used small pieces of foil to hold it together in the centre. (Depending on shape)
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and drizzle over.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°.
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
Boil for 10 minutues on low.
Add in 2 tablespoon golden syrup
1 tablespoon rose water
Pinch of tartaric
Drizzle over phyllo
Sprinkle diced pecans and diced almonds and cinnamon.
