Moothia (dumplings)
1 lettuce chopped finely
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon green chillies grounded
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
½ teaspoon dhanajeero
½ teaspoon b powder
1 teaspoon oil
¾ cup meilie meal
½ cup chana flour
½ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
Mix together. Shape into long ovals. Place on steaming vegetable curry. Steam until done. I made papri(flat beans) tarkaari. Make basic tomato chutney, add boiled cut papri,add boiling water then place moothias on top to steam. Allow spacing as moothias puff up. You may use green beans instead of papri.
