MOOTHIAS and PAPRI

500g chicken fillet cubed
500g papdi/green beans or both
2 tablespoon peas or papri beans
2 onions sliced
2 tomatoes
Half cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon red chillies
1 piece tuj (cinnamon stick)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 tablespoon yoghurt/sourmilk
A few cloves or peppers
Braise onions in oil till golden
Then add chicken and all spices..add yoghurt and tomatoes and allow to blend.add veg.then add moothias and allow to steam
MOOTHIAS
3 bunch bhaji (Spinach)
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 level teaspoon salt
Quarter teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Half teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeeru (Cumin)
Half teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon oil
Three quarter cup mealie meal
Half cup chana flour
Half teaspoon crushed cumin
Clean and chop bhaji (Spinach) well
Mix all ingredients together
Mix lightly..form into sausage shapes place over stewing pot and steam till done..
