INGREDIENTS
150g vermicelli1 cup sugar1 and ½ cup water 2/3 Elachi (cardomom)2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
*Crush the vermicelli *In a pot melt the ghee (Clarified butter) and add the Elachi (cardomom) and mix for ½ minutes* Add in the crushed vermicelli and roast till golden brown in color.*Remove the vermicelli from the stove *In a separate pot add in the water and sugar and allow to boil*Once the sugar water mixture boils add in the vermicelli and lower the heat. *Cook the vermicelli till there is no water visible*Allow to cool down and add crushed almond on top
