INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen corn (cooked)1 egg1 c milk1 onion chopped1 TB ground green chilli 1 TB ground garlic and ginger1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon orange pepper spiceChopped dhania (coriander)Half a cup of grated cheese
6-7 bread slices
METHOD
Grease a cupcake tin and cut out circles and then fit this into the cupcake tin.
Press down with a spoon.
Mix all the above listed ingredients together and spoon over the bread-cups.
Bake at 180 for 30-45 minutes until the tarts have set and or are golden brown.
INFO & TIPS
Replace onion with chopped spring onion
