Coconut Ice

INGREDIENTS

I can condense milk
500g icing sugar
400g coconut
Pink & green food colour
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoon klim

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a pot, except the colour. Allow sugar to melt and mix till everything is well blended. You can now divide into 2 & coloured then set in layers in a greased pyrex. Set then cut into squares or nozzle into paper cups
