4 cups flour ½ teaspoon nutmeg 90g butter ½ cup castor sugar 1 egg 1 x 250ml cream ¼ teaspoon salt 4 teaspoon baking powder
Method: Sprinkle nutmeg in flour and rub butter into it. Then add beaten egg, castor sugar and baking powder. Make a soft dough with fresh cream and milk if necessary. Roll dough. Cut with doughnut cutter. Deep fry. Decor as desired.
