125g butter
1 ½ cups taystee wheat
Braise butter and wheat together. Don’t make it pink.
Add one cup boiling water..Beat together 1 egg and 1 cup milk and add to braised mixture..mix 4 tablespoon klim powder with little milk and beat with above mixture..
Then add ½ can condensed milk or to your taste, ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) powder, 1 teaspoon saffron..
Cook on low heat until it gets thick.
Melt 2 slabs milkybar and add nestle cream to make a drippy ganache (optional) Dish out sorjee in a bowl,,and drizzle with ganache...sprinkle with milky bar shavings,coconut and chopped almonds (optional)
Or press into a silicone mould and release on a platter
