RECIPE
500g Steak fillets cut into pieces
3 cloves garlic sliced
2 green chillies sliced
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon whole peppercorns
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon sour milk
1 x 250ml fresh cream
Method
Braise garlic and chill in butter
Add steaks and seasoning and cook until meat is tender
Add water if necessary
Just before serving, stir in the cream and heat gently until a thick sauce forms
Garnish and serve with French fries
