INGREDIENTS
1 and 3⁄4 cup sugar.
1 cup oil.
6 eggs.
2 tblspn vanilla essence.
2cups self raising flour
METHOD
Method.
Combine all wet ingredients,then sift in dry ingredients.Mix well with electric beater. Preheat oven to 140-180*(depending on your oven)*I bake @ 140....Spray your muffin pans with spray and cook.Spoon bout heaped tblspn of mixture in2 pans.bake for 12-15min till golden.When cooled,slice in half(ie.tops off)spread layer of caramel then whipped cream on and sandwhich 2getha.Dust with icing sugar.
