Cream 125g butter and 1 cup castor sugar
Add 2 eggs and vanilla essense.
Sift 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon b.powder,½ teaspoon bicarb, ¼ teaspoon salt.add this alternately with 1 big tin nestle cream mixed with 30ml lemon juice.pour half batter in cake tin. Seperately mix ½ cup chopped pecan nuts, ½ cup castor sugar and 1tblsp cinnamon. Sprinkle half of this on batter add d rest of d batter. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes....(I omitted pecans)
