INGREDIENTS
3 cups milk
60g margarine/butter
6-8 tablespoon sugar
approx ¼-1/2cup maziena.
little milk
2eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
about 6-10 tennis biscuits
METHOD
Layer any dish with tennis biscuits. 1 layer is sufficient.Bring milk, butter and sugar to a slow boil.Make a paste with maziena and milk.Add eggs and vanilla essence to paste.Now add this to heated milk,while stirring continuously, until it resembles a thick white sauce.Pour into dish carefully.Sprinkle some cinnamon.Refrigerate immediately.Will set quickly.
