Condensed Milk Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 tin sweetened condensed milk (385 grams)4 eggs50 grams butter, melted1 cup self-raising flour

METHOD

Spray inside of 20cm round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray and line base with baking paper. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.
Place all ingredients into bowl of electric mixer and beat until just combined and smooth.
Scrape into pan and bake for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool in pan before removing to wire rack.
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
