Milo Lava Cake

INGREDIENTS

Milo Lava Cake
(Makes approx: 12)

Ingredients:
500g golden cloud choc muffin mix
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup water
6 tablespoon milo powder
2 slabs milo chocolate

Need:
Spray 'and Cook
12 medium sized oven proof ramekins

METHOD

1. Beat all ingredients together, except chocolate.
2. Spray and cook ramekins well.
3. Place in 3 tablespoon batter, then 2-3 pieces of choc in the center, then 3 tablespoon batter over.
4. Place on an oven tray and bake in preheated oven at 180deg for 9minutes.
5. Whilst hot, turn over and serve with ice cream. When broken into warm chocolate will ooze out and self sauce the dessert.
