                      Salt to taste and Omit the Vanilla and Sugar6 fresh Mielies in Cob remove the leaves rince it and wipe the leaves - if u using the leaves to wrap the batter and and tie with a string and  then steam
Just cut of Mielies from. The cobInstead of grating it I just put in coffee grinder to pulse it a bitI added 125 g melted butter1 well beaten Egg (optional) Add  vanilla essence it gives a nice flavour even though you omitting the Egg+-¾  cup Flour2 level teaspoon baking powder+-½ Cup of sugar (not too sweet) Mix well  it all together Fill steam pot with the cobs add water place the steam inner plate over the cobs Then fill silicone cups with batter or if you wrapped the batter in the leaves or a  small loaf pan  cover with lid let it steam I waited for 2 whistles of the steam let it cool I removed it Enjoy  it with more blobs of butter 😋😋
