INGREDIENTS
For fish frikadel
1x tin tuna
1xgrated onion
Salt to taste
2slices bread soaked in water drained and mashed
Fish spice and garlic pepper (to taste )
½ teaspoon green chillie and garlic
1tspn parsley fresh or dry
1egg
(Optional 1tomato grated) I dnt add coz like it crunchy
For tomato gravy in a pot
2tblspn olive oil
1onion grated
1green pepper braise till onion goes caramel
Add 4mushrooms sliced up
Braise bit more then add 1 or ½ teaspoon depending on how strong your masala is green chili garlic
1/2salt arad (Turmeric)
1tspn chilli powder dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)
Braise again dnt let it burn add 3 grated tomatoes cook till water burns out add little mrs balls(1tblspn) and ½ sache of tomato paste braise till oil comes to top
Steamed veg I used frozen mixed veg boiled for 5mins drained then added boiled potatoes a tablespoon of butro and Aromat (a South African Spice) salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients togeth well and make balls press flat like patty and fry fish frikadel
