RECIPE
100g butter4 eggs1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon turmeric powder¼ teaspoon white pepper powder1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn¼ cup milk1 tablespoon ground green chilliesChopped dhania (coriander)1 ½ cups cake flour2 teaspoon baking powderSesame seeds (garnish).
METHOD1. Beat butter and eggs together.2. Add dhania (coriander), spices, chillies, corn, milk, flour and baking powder.3. Pour into a greased oven proof dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds.4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for ± 30min until risen and baked through.5. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
