Beat 3 Eggs⅓ Cup Oil60 g Melted ButterBeat well till fluffyAdd ½ Can Cream style Corn1 teaspoon full Dhana Jeera powderHandfull of steamed Robot peppersLittle crushed Garlic if you prefer1 tablespoon Green chilli or to tasteLittle crushed Red chilli flakes1 teaspoon Salt to TasteLittle crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Little freshly ground black peppercrushedHandfull chopped Green dhania (coriander)1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) (Optional)Mix well and beat by adding¾ cup Luke warmNow Add1 & ½ Cup Flour mixed with a3 teaspoon full Baking powderBeatAdd some grated Cheese any amount you preferMix wellThe batter will be a bit like cup cake batterPour in a well greased casserolePlace it in a dish or oven tray filled with waterSteam in oven at 200* for +-45 to 50 minutes or moreOnce done till a nice Light Brown Colour
