My style Take 2 slices of bread 2 ½ cups milkSoak the above for a whileNow place In a processorAdd 2 well beaten eggsCondensed milk to taste (+-½ cup)Rose essence +- 1 teaspoon finely crushed Elachi (cardomom)Liquidise well togetherNow add 1 cup dessicated coconut( or freshly grated coconut )I used dessicatedLiquidisePour in a casserole (round or square)Place casserole in an oven tray or pot or dish half filled with water Cover if you canSteam Bake for 45-50 minutes at 190* REMOVE THE CASSEROLE FROM THE OVEN TRAY OR POT Tip: can just leave the casserole it in hot oven for like 10 minutes to firm a bitIt must be a very soft puddingWhen cold Whip fresh cream over or Nestle dessert cream and sprinkle with pecans or almonds or even flake or chocolateREFRIGERATE Enjoy chilled
