2Tblspns butter / rama / butter ghee (Clarified butter) 6 cinnamon sticks 2 Tblspns almonds, sliced ¼ teaspoon elachie powder 1 plate full of broken vermicelli 1 ½ litres fresh milk 1 tin condensed milk 4 Tblspns white sugar
Braise vermicelli, almonds & cinnamon sticks in a pot together with the butter until lightly browned & butter melts. Add fresh milk & condensed milk until thickens. Make sure that it is done on low heat. Remove from stove, add sugar & mix well. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
