INGREDIENTS
125g butter
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup castor sugar
½ cup milo
1 egg
2 drops vanilla ess
1 ½ cup self rising flour
1/ 2 slab choc chopped or ½ cup choc chips
METHOD
Beat butter,sugars,egg & vanilla ess till creamy
Sift flour in to mixture. Add the milo & mix well. Then add choc pieces. Roll small balls & flatten or use cookie cutter. Bake @ 170 for ± 10 to 15 minutes
