INGREDIENTS
250g butter
1 cup icing sugar
Half cup oil
3 spoons mazena
Half cup rice flour ( optional)
Approximately 3 cups flour
METHOD
Make dough and divide it into half
Shape into squares and wrap in wax paper
Refrigerate for half-1 hour ,slice into 1cm thickness and bake until gold in colour
