RECIPE
DOUGH:
5 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
Quater cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 and quater cup boiling water
1 and quater cup cold milk
Mix dry ingredients together..
Add wet ingredients..
Mix well and knead to form a soft pliable dough
Allow to rise
Knock down and roll into long rectangles..place a vienna/russian in dough and wrap dough completeley around it..
With a sharp knife make cuts till almost the bottom..
Pull one piece out on the right and one on the left,continue till finished
Allow to rise
Bake at 180 till golden
