2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2 tablespoon sourmilk
Rub till breadcrumbs.
Make dough with milk and water
Leave to stand for 15 minutes
Roll out and cut into shapes
Fry in hot oil
SYRUP
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 Elachi (cardomom) pod
1 cinnamon stik
Boil till syrup
Dip dhaiwaras and sprinkle with coconut
